The following is a list of criminal activity that has occurred in the Martinsburg Borough / Huston Township areas and we are seeking information to assist with the investigation. 11/28/06	20061129M0002	M	Criminal Mischief - Sometime between 11/1806 and 11/28/06 someone shots holes in a window of a garage with a B-B gun along the 300 block of S. First Alley (near the old Benson site).
11/27/06	20061129M0003	M	Hit & Run - At approx. 3:30 pm on Monday 11/27/06 a wheel came off a cattle trailer being towed by a red and white Ford pickup truck traveling northbound on N. Market St. along the 200 block. The wheel struck and damaged a bush and the siding on a house. The driver stopped and retrieved the wheel but failed to provide any information to property owners.
11/25/06	20061128M0010	M	Criminal Mischief - During the evening hours of Saturday 11/25/06 unknown actor(s) damaged several Christmas decorations and other items in private yards along S. Mulberry Street, E. State Street and Maple Street, along with several pumpkins being destroyed in other parts of town.
11/23/06	20061123M0002	M	Hit and Run on Thursday 11/23/06 at approx. noon on E. Allegheny St near Park St. A vehicle was struck from behind by a red Honda Accord. The Honda Accord then left the scene without stopping.
11/17/06	20061117M0002	M	Hit and Run on Friday 11/17/06 between 3 pm and 5 pm near the intersection of W. Julian Street and N. Railroad St., unknown vehicle struck a pickup truck which was parked along the street.
11/13/06	20061114M0001	M	Hit and Run in Fox's Pizza parking lot on Saturday 11/11/06 between 6 pm and 6:30 pm. A 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier, green in color, received damage to the hood and a light.
11/11/06	20061111M0004	M	Sometime in the last two weeks the letters SSH were spray painted on the bleachers at the little league field. during the same time period, the letters SSH and also LOUTISH were spray painted in a garage in the alley behind 206 E. Allegheny St.
10/20/06	20061020M0001	M	Suspicious person going door to door selling steaks, driving a white pick up truck with a freezer on the back.
10/19/06	20061023M0005	M	A stop sign was stolen from the signpost at the intersection of Cross Cove Road and South Market Street.
10/05/06	20061005M0003	H	Thursday evening around 8:00 pm someone fired several paint balls striking a house along Deafy Hill road.
09/29/06	20060929M0002	H	Sometime overnight from Friday 9/22/06 into Saturday morning 9/23/06 someone fired several shots into a road sign along Mines Lane in Huston Twp. with an unknown caliber weapon. Shots were possibly fired from a passing vehicle.

The suspect entered into the Omega Bank and demand U.S. currency. The suspect did display a handgun. The handgun was not fired. No one was injured. The suspect fled the bank on foot behind the bank. An undetermined amount of cash was taken.

Indecent Assault - On 04/20/06 at approx. 8:15 p.m. an actor entered the Hair Care Specialists business located at Townes Edge Plaza along Route 164 just as the victim was closing for the evening. The actor asked the victim if she was alone then began to grab at her clothing. The actor grabbed the victims arm and started to pull her towards him. At that time the victim pepper sprayed the actor, and the actor fled out of the business and ran behind Long's Outpost building. Anyone that may have seen anything unusual at that time please call the State Police Barracks at Hollidaysburg (814) 696-6100.

The actor is described as a White Male approx. 5'10", 200 to 220 lbs., Light brown ear length hair, Scruffy 3 day old facial hair, wearing dark blue jeans and a blue green pattern flannel shirt. His right ear is pierced with a silver ball in it. Below is a composite picture of the actor.
